Beta RR 2T 250/300 MY 2017 Beta RR 4T 350/390/430/480 MY 2017                                                                                                                                        After a greatly successful 2016 season in both sales and racing, Beta returns in 2017 with their Enduro range that continues the forward progress of the brand through refinements in features and quality. The 2016 season has seen Beta achieve their first-ever overall victories in the World Enduro Championship in Portugal and Sweden with racer Steve Holcombe along with many other victories from Johnny Aubert and Alex Salvini, both at the World and National level. Beta continues to take the information they have learned from their race team as well as information from the everyday casual rider and combined the two to further enhance the riding experience. The 2017 RR models continue to offer an “easy to ride” philosophy while also providing the rider with a stable and distinct design along with the quality one expects from the brand. The 2017 models, available in 250 and 300 cc. for 2T and 350/390/430/480 cc. for 4T, are a direct evolution of the 2016 version and retain their most successful features. A number of features have been tweaked on all the models of the range and some of them come directly from experience at top competitive levels. The chassis, with the well-tested chrome-moly steel frame with double split cradle has the following new features: Sachs fork: increased 5mm in length to provide longer travel. Liqui Moly oil has been installed to reduce heat build up and friction in the fork. Sachs rear shock: new high/low speed adjustment system, now more accurate and independent from each other. This allows the rider to make more fine adjustments based on his or her riding style and needs Triple clamps: new design that is lighter and offers more rigidity Silver rims with black spokes: supplied by Excel, these new wheels are lighter and give the new bike a distinctive look Digital meter: new design, along with the timer, kilometre/mph indicator with more adjustment features including instant speed, average and maximum speeds as well as the ability to adjust mileage in smaller increments. Also new for 2017 is a built in battery voltage reading. New fuel cap: has built-in breather valve New graphics A fine development was carried out also on the engines, which also thanks to the contribution of the Beta Factory Team riders – Steve Holcombe and Johnny Aubert for 2T and Alex Salvini for 4T – have led to the introduction of important new features. For the 250 and 300 2T, introduced in 2016, the automatic oil injection system continues: as well as ensuring a perfect fuel-oil mix under any condition, it eliminates the trouble of having to premix the oil and fuel and eliminating the need to carry oil with you in the event of a fuel top up. Both propulsion systems are in line with the Euro4 European regulation – for units made in the second half of the year – and have a control unit designed for a CAN connection to interact with generic diagnosis instruments. Electronic Fuel Injection continues on all 4T models including 350, 390, 430 and 480. Thanks to its great reliability, easy control and outstanding throttle response, it has generated great positive feedback from end users. The system continues to be refined by the Beta team of engineers along with Synerject. The 42mm throttle body provides the optimum performance without the “hard hit” most current EFI off road motorcycles suffer from. The following are introduced on all displacements, already in line with the Euro4 European regulation: camshafts – the new lift profiles radically change the core of 4T engines, making them even easier to ride, whilst retaining their top performance. valve springs – which, combined with the camshafts, are used to considerably improve performance of the engine at the bottom end of the power delivery and also reducing the engine braking. Once again, the control unit is designed for a CAN connection to interact with generic diagnosis instruments.

Beta Xtrainer 300

Beta has revolutionized the enduro market with a bike that is compact, light, and easy to ride. Meet the Xtrainer. Xtrainer is the only true “all-around” enduro bike in the market. It is the perfect bike for riders who wish to play ride without the intimidation of a full size enduro machine or for the expert rider looking to enhance their technical skills. Our engineers saw the need to build a bike that defines fun, a motorcycle that is perfect for newcomers becoming involved with the wonderful world of enduro riding. The Xtrainer offers excellent performance while at the same time is easy to ride. Features include a smaller deltabox frame which provides a lower seat height and a low centre of gravity. Add to this a 43mm front fork along with a dedicated rear shock and you have a bike that is agile and easy to control which builds rider’s confidence. The chassis is mated to an engine that is from the popular 300 RR only designed to offer a power that is more linear and progressive making the bike more docile. Our engineers then added electronically controlled oil injection to provide the perfect oil/gas mixture thus eliminating the need to premix. So if you want to learn enduro, or if you want to improve your enduro technical skills, the Xtrainer is what you need. The first true enduro bike for everyone. Xtrainer; the true definition of Fun!

Beta EVO 2t MY 2016

The Beta R&D department has succeeded in improving a design which is in itself, has already been perfected, the EVO, a trial bike that has been the best seller for many years now has been improved once again. For the 2016 models, our Florentine engineers have focused their efforts on the engine, succeeding in the remarkable achievement of giving each of the engine sizes in the EVO range a distinctive personality, each one intended for a specific user. Engine This is the pure-bred of the Evo range, the motorbike designed for experts as well as for the casual Clubman rider. As always at Beta, development is never intended purely for power and performance but rather the aim is to always guarantee usability and rideability throughout the riding experience. "This is why we especially aimed to offer rounder and greater torque at low speeds, and thereby increase inertia and centring of the masses - declared Mr. Tozzi, engineer, of the R&D department - which, as we know, are crucial values for improving Trial riding performance". The new engine crankpin now more rigid thereby increasing inertia and centring of the masses to provide yet more balance New connecting rod for improved inertia and rigidity New silencer, internally redesigned for considerably greater torque at low to medium speeds as well as a more silent operation New combustion chamber, re-developed squish angle to improve response precision and engine output. Frame The Sachs single shock now features new valve settings to improve the rebound feel which has allowed the shock to work better in junction with the front fork. As the sport has evolved, this improvement is directly aimed at improving the feel while the bike is being ridden on the rear wheel. Colours The new colours are trendy, making the white painted aluminium frame really pop, combined with the mix of white, black and fluorescent red plastic parts and graphics.
Beta RR Racing MY 2017                                                       Beta presents the new RR Racing My 2017 The World Champion bike is available soon - orders now being taken On the occasion of EICMA 2016, Beta is launching the new 2017 RR Racing model range to the market, the bike that won the 2016 Manufacturers World Championship and helped Steve Holcombe to become World Champion in the prestigious E3 class along with Johnny Aubert finishing second. Alex Salvini, to delight the Tuscan Manufacturer accomplished a record for Italy by winning the Italian Enduro Championship. Besides benefiting from the new features already present on the standard models, the new Beta "Racing" versions feature innovations in suspension as well as providing special features for the racer. New for the 2017 Race line-up is the introduction of the 390 4T to the family. 2017 RR Racing models will be available in the following engine sizes: 250 – 300 2T and 350 – 390 – 430 – 480 4T, all dispalyed in EICMA  among our booth G80, hall 10. All the bikes comply with European legislation Euro4. Chassis The Beta engineers worked hard to further improve the front suspension feel of the bike. After the excellent results obtained also on the race tracks by Beta official team, the close cartridge Sachs fork (ø 48 mm) further evolves by increasing both wheelbase and stroke while improving some internal parts to improve reliability and performance. Just like the 2017 series fork, the closed cartridge version adopts the new Liqui Moly oil which has proven to reduce friction while offering a more consistent performance during the longer events. Premix All 2T "Racing" versions continue to run Premix unlike the standard RR 2T models which come equipped with an oil injection system. Beta engineers have decided to remove this feature to minimise weight however, with carburettor and electric wiring already designed for, a separate mixing system can be easily implemented* on Racing models thanks to a kit that can be bought from our accessories catalogue. Special components Added features to all Race Editions that make them stand out from a standard model include: - Quick release front axle handle: it speeds up tyre repairs and is very useful during a race as it saves precious seconds. - Flag style hand guards, with a modern design, sturdy structure and "In-Mould" graphics; ideal for most extreme off-road riding. - Black ergal footrests: lightweight and sturdy, with a wider contact surface and steel pins to ensure maximum grip in all conditions as well as durability over time. - Rear sprocket with an anodised aluminium core and stainless steel teeth: combines a light weight sprocket with the durability of a steel sprocket. - Red ergal chain tensioner blocks. - Black Excel rims. - Racing seat with a pocket for score cards. - Black anodised shift lever and rear brake pedal. - Transmission oil filler cap, engine oil cap (4t) and oil filter cap (4t) made of red anodised aluminium with a pure Factory look. - Red rim stickers and Racing graphics.   *Separate mixing system kit item# 026460068 200  Prices and production details to follow.
